Indonesia culture already been infected by the west culture like the Halloween is one of them.
Some place in Indonesia already celebrate the Halloween as one of festival. And this is food festival only available on the Halloween Event.

When you arrive you will welcome by this big pumpkin head in front of the building.

This is the front door of the food festival but actually the food festival place been divide into two place. The First is the one in front of this front door. There a plenty of the Food stall selling food by the truck.

The food here most of it is western food like hot dog, burger, and waffle. But there are also japanese food like sushi.

The Main event are the one that inside the building. There are a lot of stall selling various things. Mostly are food because this is a food festival but there are some stall that selling T-shirt and Toys like action figure. The food here is also interesting, some of it are Halloween theme where you can buy some mummies sausage. I'm sorry I didn't buy it or take picture of it because is kinda weird. There also some ice cream cone but instead of using cone, they use some bread so it will be called ice cream bread? maybe.

The colorful things in the picture above is breads and if you buy it, it will become something in the right of the picture above. You can see hand holding colorful bread and some ice cream in top of it.

The interesting food was this one that look like a pot with some plant on it. This is actually food. The soil made by Oreo chocolate crumble with some gummy worms that look like worm above the soil. The topping is a strawberry. Yup, its kinda disgusting to eat it.

  1. Sadly I missed this event but I am glad that you shared about it here. During the time of Halloween I have to plan for my corporate events and parties. I think I can use many food ideas for my next parties for these festivals.
